English — How to delete your account

To delete your Gharas Platform account and all associated data, email abdelrahmanhamdy320@gmail.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject line Account deletion request. We verify your identity via that address, delete the account, and confirm by email.

Deleted: your login credentials, name and profile data are permanently erased from our servers within 30 days; library access is revoked immediately.

Stored on your device: highlights, reading position, settings and downloaded books are local to your device and are removed when you uninstall the app or clear its storage.

Retained: only records we are legally required to keep (such as a payment record, where applicable), for no longer than the law requires.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
